1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. website (https://liveindiatours.com) and our travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "Traveler", "You") and Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

2. Booking & Confirmation Process

All bookings for tours, packages, accommodations, transportation, and related services are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after:

• Complete submission of required traveler details (full name, contact information, travel dates, and passport details for international tours).
• Receipt of advance payment (minimum 30% of total tour cost or as specified in the package).
• Issuance of a confirmed booking voucher via email from Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours pending payment. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic release of the reservation.

3. Payment Terms & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations. Payment can be made via:

• Credit Card / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS
• International Wire Transfer (for foreign clients)

Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to departure for domestic tours and 30 days prior for international tours. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), full payment is required at the time of booking. Any bank charges for international transactions are to be borne by the client.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled departure date:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total tour cost (administrative fees) + any non-refundable deposits paid to hotels/transport.
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges (no refund).
• No-show or voluntary termination during the tour: No refund applicable.

Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days after cancellation confirmation. Refund mode will be the same as the original payment method. Third-party non-refundable components (flight tickets, cruise bookings, event tickets) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

5. Amendment & Modification Charges

Any changes to confirmed bookings—including date changes, room upgrades, itinerary modifications, or traveler name corrections—are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees:

• First amendment (30+ days before travel): INR 1,000 + any additional costs from suppliers.
• Second or subsequent amendments: INR 2,500 + applicable supplier charges.
• Amendments within 15 days of departure may be treated as cancellation and rebooking.

6. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including:

• Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from the date of return for international travel).
• Appropriate visas for international destinations.
• Travel insurance documents (highly recommended).
• Any required medical certificates or vaccination records.

Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. provides guidance on visa processes but does not guarantee visa approval. Any costs incurred due to visa rejection, incomplete documentation, or denied boarding are the traveler's responsibility.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, flight delays, and personal liability. Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. does not provide travel insurance directly but can facilitate connections with trusted insurance partners. International tours may require proof of travel insurance before departure.

8. Health & Medical Conditions

Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special dietary requirements must inform Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. at the time of booking. We strive to accommodate reasonable requests; however, we reserve the right to decline bookings if the required arrangements cannot be safely facilitated. For adventure tours (trekking, camel safaris, white-water rafting), a medical fitness certificate may be required.

9. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, flight cancellations, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will assist in making alternative arrangements where possible, but any additional costs shall be borne by the traveler. Refunds for force majeure cancellations are subject to supplier policies.

10. Liability & Responsibility

Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. acts as a coordinator of travel services provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, guides). While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of these third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked through us. Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, safety, and adherence to local laws during the tour.

11. Accommodation & Hotel Policies

Check-in times are typically 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Hotel ratings (star categories) are based on local standards and may vary internationally. Any damages caused to hotel property by the traveler will be charged directly to the traveler.

12. Transportation & Vehicle Usage

Vehicles provided for sightseeing are as per itinerary and not at disposal unless specified in the package. Air-conditioning in vehicles operates only during travel hours and may be turned off while stationary. For hill station destinations (Shimla, Manali, Darjeeling), smaller vehicles may be provided due to road conditions. Any deviation from the itinerary requiring additional vehicle usage will incur extra charges.

13. Group Tours & Minimum Participants

Some group tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met, Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the departure with full refund to all booked travelers, or offer an alternative date or package. We will notify travelers at least 15 days before the scheduled departure in such cases.

14. Photography & Marketing Consent

Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. may capture photographs or videos during tours for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your tour manager at the start of the tour.

15. Code of Conduct & Local Laws

Travelers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws of the destinations visited. Disruptive behavior, harassment of staff or fellow travelers, or violation of local laws may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

16. Complaints & Grievance Redressal

If you experience any issues during your tour, please notify your tour manager or our 24/7 support team immediately so we can address the concern in real-time. Post-tour complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of tour completion to feedback@liveindiatours.com. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. The grievance officer for contractual matters is Mr. Rajiv Mehta (grievance@liveindiatours.com).

17. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. website—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and itineraries—is the intellectual property of Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

18. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (once effective). By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, bookings, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. For international clients, Indian law shall apply to all contractual matters.

20. Amendments to Terms

Live India Tours Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before making a booking. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
