Day 1:Arrive Melbourne
On arrival at Melbourne Airport you'll be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a Welcome Reception and dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 2:Melbourne Sights
After breakfast. See the city sights this morning, including Melbourne’s eclectic little lane ways,Melbourne Cricket Ground, arcades and cafe society. Overnight at hotel.


Day 3:Melbourne ‘Day at Leisure'
After breakfast, drive on the famous Great Ocean Road to see the stone monoliths of the Twelve Apostles. Evening proceed for Phillip Island to see the world famous Penguin Parade. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 4:Melbourne – Alice Springs
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Melbourne Airport for your early morning flight to Alice Springs. On arrival visit the Royal Flying Doctor Service and learn how this marvellous facility operates to provide a ‘mantle of safety’ to the people of the outback. Next stop is the School of the Air, which provides an educational facility for children living in remote areas. Then visit the historic Telegraph Station. You’re invited this evening to experience the Aussie outback at the Earth Sanctuary World Nature Centre. Enjoy a barbecue dinner and hear from Tom and Danny Falzon about the sustainable lifestyle they have established. They may even lead on you a sing-a-long accompanied by the didgeridoo and guitar. Overnight stay at hotel. 


Day 5:Alice Springs – Ayers Rock
After breakfast, travel through rugged outback scenery to Ayers Rock Resort. Enjoy wine and canapes while watching sunset at Uluru (Ayers Rock). Overnight stay at hotel. 


Day 6:Kata Tjuta (the Olgas)
Rise early to view Uluru at sunrise. Tour the caves at the base and hear stories of the Dreamtime. This afternoon travel through the desert plains to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Enjoy sunset here with sparkling wine and nibbles. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 7:Uluru (Ayers Rock) – Cairns
After breakfast, interact with local Aboriginal artists at a fun introduction to Western Desert Art. Your host will introduce you to Anangu culture and show how this is expressed in their artwork. Complete your own painting to take home as a memento of your experience. Later you will be transferred to Ayers Rock Airport for your flight to Cairns. On arrival in Cairns, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 8:Great Barrier Reef
After breakfast, cruise on a high-speed catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef. View the colourful coral and tropical fish from a semi-submersible vessel. Enjoy activities like snorkeling, scuba diving etc. Enjoy a reef education presentation on this living wonder and a tropical buffet lunch on board the pontoon. Back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 9:Cairns
After breakfast, transfer to Kuranda - board the train for a historic journey through the scenic countryside behind Cairns. Return by the Skyrail Cableway that takes you above the canopy of the tropical rainforest. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 10:Cairns – Sydney
After breakfast, spend time at the Cairns Wildlife Dome where you’ll encounter unique Australian animals. You will be transferred to Cairns Airport for your flight to Sydney. On arrival in Sydney, transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 11:Sydney Sights
his morning after breakfast, see the sights of Sydney. Tour the Sydney Opera House with a local guide. See the Royal Botanic Gardens, Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair and Kings Cross. Your next destination is Bondi Beach, where you can wander along the shoreline and dip your toes in the cool clear ocean. Then return to the city for a cruise on Sydney Harbour. Overnight stay at hotel. 


Day 12:Sydney – Auckland
After breakfast. you will be transferred to Sydney Airport for your flight to Auckland and transferred to your hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.  


Day 13:Auckland Sights
After breakfast, board a morning cruise on Waitemata Harbour followed by a city sightseeing tour. Evening to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay at hotel.  


Day 14:Auckland – Rotorua
After breakfast, travel into the Waikato region to visit the Waitomo Glow Worm Grotto for a guided boat tour. Continue to Rotorua and visit Te Puia with a local guide. You’re invited to a traditional Maori Hangi dinner accompanied by local wine, and concert at the Tamaki Family Marae. Overnight stay at hotel.  


Day 15:Rotorua – Christchurch
After breakfast, fly to Christchurch. On arrival board your coach for a tour to see how the city is slowly being rebuilt as a consequence of the devastating earthquake of February 2011. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 16:Christchurch – Franz Josef
Morning after breakfast, board the famous TranzAlpine train and travel over the Southern Alps to Arthur’s Pass. At Hokitika visit a local greenstone (jade) factory then follow the coastal road to Franz Josef Glacier [here you may take an optional scenic flight (weather permitting)]. Overnight stay at hotel. 


Day 17:Franz Josef – Queenstown
Enjoy the tastes of delicious stone fruit at Cromwell, the stone fruit capital. Next visit the historic gold mining village of Arrowtown before arriving in adventure-capital Queenstown. On arrival in Queenstown, check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 18:Milford Sound
After breakfast, discover the stunning scenery of Fiordland. Drive through the Homer Tunnel and stop briefly at the Chasm en route to Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise with lunch on the waters of this natural wonder, with Mitre Peak and Bowen Falls high above you. Back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.


Day 19:Queenstown
After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure in Queenstown. Take it easy with a wine or garden tour, or walk on the wild side with a jet boat ride. Overnight stay at hotel. 


Day 20:Queenstown – Christchurch
Today after breakfast, travel past Mount Cook National Park. Stop at Lake Tekapo and visit the Church of the Good Shepherd. You're invited to lunch at Morelea Farm, a typical working sheep farm, to discover an authentic taste of country life. This afternoon continue to Christchurch. Celebrate your holiday this evening at a Farewell Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.


Day 21:Depart Christchurch
Your holiday concludes this morning after breakfast. You’ll be transferred to Christchurch Airport for your onward flight.
