Day 01 : Friday - Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, India's bustling capital city. You will be greeted with a traditional Indian welcome and escorted to the hotel. New Delhi reflects the legacy the British left behind. The division between New and Old Delhi is the segregation between the capitals of the British and the Mughals respectively. Rest of the day is at leisure to catch up on time difference.


Day 02 : Saturday - Old & New Delhi Tour
Breakfast at Hotel followed by tour of Old Delhi, your first stop is Mahatma Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat; the famous Chandni Chowk bazaars.Take a Rickshaw ride through the narrow and colorful lanes of old market. Finally visit marble domes and slender minarets of the Jama Masjid. After lunch your sightseeing tour of New Delhi includes visiting Bangla Sahib, a Sikh temple, drive along Rajpath to photograph the Parliament House, President's Palace and India Gate, a memorial to India's soldiers. Continue to Humayun's tomb, forerunner to Taj Mahal. Your final stop is at the Qutab Minar.


Day 03 : Sunday - Delhi/Jaipur
Time free in Delhi to explore the city on own. Late afternoon travel by air to Jaipur, the city owes its name, foundations and careful planning, to the great warrior, astronomer, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Meeting assistance and transfer to Hotel. Hotel Breakfast & Lunch


Day 04 : Monday - Amber Fort & City Tour
After Breakfast, proceed to the ancient capital of Amber, ascending the Palace Fortress on the back of a gaily-caparisoned elephant. En route to Amber, stop to photograph the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) built in 1799 AD. After Lunch tour the city Palace, once the formal residence of the royal family. Continue to the Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, and the largest of Jai Singh's five remarkable observatories. Hotel Breakfast


Day 05 : Tuesday - Jaipur - Day at leisure
Enjoy a day of leisure in the pink city. Explore city on own or take advantage of optional Tours. HOTEL (Breakfast & Dinner)


Day 06 : Wednesday - Jaipur/agra - Fatehpur Sikri & Taj by sunset
Travel this morning by express train to Bharatpur and overland to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri, once an imperial capital frozen in time. Also visit Sheikh Salim Chisti Dargah. After the tour continue to Agra. To the lover of art and the traveler seeking the wonders of India, Agra is a sublime destination. Emperor Akbar, Jehangir and Shah Jahan lavished on this fabled city their love and riches immeasurable, transforming this land into one of the greatest centers of art, culture, learning and commerce. This afternoon tour the Taj Mahal, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631-52, as a tomb and memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Jewel of the Palace). Spend extended time at Taj Mahal to see it in fading lights of sunset. HOTEL (Breakfast)


Day 07 : Thursday - Agra Fort/Varanasi
Visit Agra Fort built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. Built by the great Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D, the fort is crescent shaped, flattened on the east with a long, nearly straight wall facing the river. Afternoon travel by air to Varanasi, this holy Hindu city is crowded with temples and its labyrinth of streets with their throngs of people is exciting and enticing. One of the ancient and holiest cities in India, Varanasi is an important center of pilgrimage for the Hindus. HOTEL (Breakfast & Dinner)


Day 08: Friday - Boat Cruise & City Tour - Varanasi/Delhi
Early this morning take a boat ride on the Holy River Ganges, to witness the many Hindus absolving themselves of sin and pay homage to the Sun God. Later walk through the narrow lanes to take an inside look at local residents home, shops, local markets etc. Visit the Golden temple before returning to hotel for breakfast. Later visit Sarnath, a place where Buddha preached his first lessons on Nirvana. Also visit the museum with its fine collection of Buddhist artifacts. Board evening flight to Delhi where you will connect with your international flight. (Breakfast & Lunch)
